RIA double stack?

Simple question - is RIA still producing a double-stack 1911 in .45ACP? I can't seem to find them for sale anywhere.

Sarco, Inc - which I have absolutely no experience or affiliation with - lists an RIA wide body .45 ACP on their web-site. Fourteen round capacity, otherwise its photo looks GI. The site says "call for availability."

Sure they are making them. If you want one tell your gunsmith to find the model you want. Just don't expect to see many or any lay'n around the gun shops.

They're still a catalog item, but I don't think they're being produced/shipped at the moment.

At least that's what I've gleaned from the Armscor facebook page and 1911forum RIA section lately.

There 22 tcm/9mm is a double stack . And they do build in a rotation so there are times when production of a double stack can be out of stock.
