Guy bought this off of guns america or one of the other auction sites. Had it sent to me for preliminaries.

It is Italian Manufactured and made in 1977. The frizzen was unmarked on arrival and I don't believe it had been fired. The pictured group is at 25 yards and I shot it two-handed standing as the trigger pull must be about 20 pounds- two tough for me to do any precise one-handed shooting. The gun is nominally .44 but even the .433" balls are a close fit. Tightest .44 I've seen yet and the velocities are a bit higher than with my LePage. The patching cotton from Dixie gunworks is .008" and worked very well. No cuts, burns or blow-outs.

I tried an agate flint which was good for about six shots. An english flint worked much better.
