to fill out some kind of form that wants to know what race I am, I check "other" and write in European American............When told I have to check the "white" box, I reply "there is no "black" box for African Americans to check? The only form I don't question this practice is the yellow form I fill out when buying a gun.......chris3
Hmmm, yeah. I think it's safe to say that the BATFE doesn't appreciate smart-asses. :p

Thinking of this, I'm going to start checking "other" also and writing in Ozark American.

I got sick and tired of other racial groups being able to crack jokes about whites at work without fear, so I called one on it after he called me a cracker, asked him if he was insulting me by way of a racial epithet...the backpedalling was FUN to watch, When the shoe is FORCED on the other foot, they don't like it one bit!

You come down here, you'll be a Carpet Bagger American. :neener:
I resemble that remark!

I don't see how a law making rude speech to be a crime is Constitutional.
And I don't see how confiscating private property and giving it to a land developer is Constitutional. But I'm not as smart as the Supreme Court.

Sigh

This is the dumbest thread - there is no law against using epithets, and if there is, it simply won't pass constitutional muster. Guess who would be the first to fight it?

That's right, your favority whipping boy, the ACLU.

Get a grip people, I have never seen so much bluster.

In case you missed, the reason for this thread was the arrest of a woman doing just what we're talking about here. We'll see if the ACLU steps up to defend her.
