I heard on the news that four players from the Indiana Pacers were at a strip club. They had an altercation with some of the other patrons and went outside. At the end one of the players was hit by a car that one of the people he had argued with was driving. Here's where I think it goes bad. As the guy was driving away the player draws his gun and fires four shots at the car.
He did have his CCW license. I don't have my CCW but I thought once the threat was gone you weren't allowed to legally shoot. Could somebody with a CCW shed some light on this.
