A couple of months ago, I bought my wife a Ruger bearcat for her birthday. We were both pretty disappointed that its poi was way off. see http://thehighroad.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=101054&highlight=bearcat
I took it back to the gunsmith where I bought it, and he ended up sending it back to Ruger. I happened to stop in the shop last night and the gun was back. I put a box of rounds throuh it to test it out, and now it was dead on at about 30 feet, and about and inch low at 25 yards, it seems to be shooting better than it was before, and I could swear that the trigger feels better/lighter then before.
Ruger came through for us.
