A while back, I was reading a post where someone linked to another site that lists all of the parts needed to construct a magazine for a ruger Mark II, along with their ruger part numbers. The individual parts can be purchased much cheaper than buying the assembled magazine, and I'd like to order a couple of these now. Of course, now that I need it, I can't find the dang thread anymore lol. So, does anyone have this link handy?

Thanks in advance,

Chris

Just got off the phone with Ruger's Prescott facility and it appears the "parts loophole" has been slammed shut. The mag shell alone is over $10.00. The nice woman said to me "You are aware that the parts are no cheaper than buying the whole magazine?" I asked her about the prices on the site and she said those were very old, indeed. I looked again and there is a revision date of '01 on the list. So much for that good idea. It would be nice if they updated their site more frequently (just a suggestion).
