Ruger new model single six striking way off center?

I notice that its striking the bullets way off center but the gun still go off everytime. Is this normal for single six guns? I've never had a single action ruger before so I wouldn't know...

It's a "rimfire".

It is definitely not normal for the firing pin to hit the bullet. I recommend you remove the cartridges and re-insert them facing the other way.

Have you noticed that there is no seperate primer in the middle of the case? The primer is in the rim of the case hence the name "Rimfire". Firing pin strikes are suppose to be out on the rim otherwise it wouldn't fire.
