I'm looking at picking up a new Ruger PC9 to compliment my P89 sometime soon. I don't plan on using it for any kind of long distances, mostly just varmint and target shooting, and maybe SHTF stuff.

I'd like to hear what some of you have used them or own(ed) one have to say about them. Good, bad, or indifferent.

Thanks in advance!!!!

I love mine, but the problem that you'll hear most is about the super heavy trigger pull. Everytime I give it to someone to shoot for the first time, they always look at me like it's broken when it doesn't fire.

It's a neat little gun, but the trigger pull really sucks on it. But it's a "Police" gun, so what do you expect?

Handy little carbine, like mine a lot. My daughter has pretty much appropriated it from me.:) She's 13 and the .22's just don't do it for her anymore.

As was mentioned trigger pull leaves a bit to be desired and for a carbine it is a little heavy, but it is a real fun plinker and suprisingly accurate for a 9mm.
