I've never really had an issue with any new firearm so this is a first for me.
I purchased a new 77/357 from a local dealer here about 18 months ago. I got a dog that never really shot that well when new and it went downhill from there. Finally decided to ship it back to Ruger to see if they could fix it. It was gone about 2 weeks. Just got it back today with a new barrel, no charge.
I see a lot of complaints about Ruger's here and there but as far as I'm concerned they stand behind their firearms. Going to the range tomorrow and see how it shoots at 100. They sent a target with it and it was 3 shot clover leaf at 50. Even told me the ammo they used to do it. That's the only Ruger rifle I've ever owned.
Satisfied customer here.
