I've never really had an issue with any new firearm so this is a first for me.

I purchased a new 77/357 from a local dealer here about 18 months ago. I got a dog that never really shot that well when new and it went downhill from there. Finally decided to ship it back to Ruger to see if they could fix it. It was gone about 2 weeks. Just got it back today with a new barrel, no charge.

I see a lot of complaints about Ruger's here and there but as far as I'm concerned they stand behind their firearms. Going to the range tomorrow and see how it shoots at 100. They sent a target with it and it was 3 shot clover leaf at 50. Even told me the ammo they used to do it. That's the only Ruger rifle I've ever owned.

Satisfied customer here.

Ruger did that for me a couple years ago with a used 77MK11 I bought, gun came out a collection and was as new made in 1991, couldn't get any better than 2 1/2 groups, no matter what load I used, 5 different bullets and 3 different powders I tried. Called Ruger and they took it back for testing. In about two weeks I got it back rebarreled. I now shooting 1 inch to 1/14 inch groups now and am a happy camper. Only charge to me was shiping it to them. Ruger awesome customer service hdbiker

I dont think it is going out on a limb to say Ruger service is tops in the biz.
