the front sight on my supper BH looks like its pushed over i can slide a piece
of paper under the left side about half way down the blade sight just on the left side. is this a send back to Ruger fix or have gunsmith fix or put new front
sight on. i would leave alone but cant get this gun to shot a group smaller
then 10" at 35 yards

Check the bore. In particular for some squeezing in at the point where the barrel screws into the frame. There is a lot of information out on the web about how there's a constriction at that point which affects accuracy.

I'm in the same boat and the gun shoots bigger groups than it should with any sort of ammo. I slugged the bore by hammering a soft lead round ball into the muzzle with a dead blow mallet. The resulting slug passes easily through much of the barrel but tightens up when it passes through the barrel to frame constricted area. Once formed to the constriction it literally falls through the rest of the bore now.

One popular fix is to fire lap. the bore. It's on my To Do list. But there's lots of information and happy results reports from this trick.
