S.W.A.T. Weapons ???

I finally had the chance to see the movie SWAT with Samual L. Jackson.

I thought, overall, it was pretty good.

I am trying to ID some of the tactical equipment brands they used in the flick.

For example:

The Pistols ?

The Rifles ?

The Boots ?

The Glasses ?

The Flashlights ?

etc.

If you know what brands of equipment they used in the movie SWAT, or if you know a website that has this type of movie details, please post here.

Pistols: Kimber TLE II's w/ surefire 610Rs.

Rifles: Colt or Bushmaster M4 w/ surefire
SMG: HK MP5 w/ surefire
Shotgun: Benelli, I think, w/ surefire

Boots: Not sure. I'd guess theyre made by Altama or Blake Uniform Shoes. They seem to be popular. All the "tactical footwear" looks the same to me...

Glasses: Unsure. My guess is that theyre just regular Z87.1 safety glasses. I have a few pairs that look just like them, I work in manufacturing, they're required on the production floor. Mine are made by CREWS.

Flashlights? I dont recall noticing any... Although Surefire is popular, Id guess the uniformed officers have the rechargable 4D (or C) cell maglights, they better clubs than the litte surefires. As for the swat team all I noticed was the weaponlights.

THR has its very own guns in movies list (see the Library), but the (new) entry for S.W.A.T. wasn't very complete or specific. It is now.
 
Buy or rent the DVD.

There's an added segment on the DVD that goes over all of the guns used in the movie.

Well worth the $20 or so.
 
You know, there's that part on the grass training course where they run and roll and shoot and switch weapons, right? Then Colin Farrell takes on the other guy on the course, and they get to the end of it and pull the .45's and blast away. It sure looked to me like old Colin's gun slide-locked kinda early, and then he fired after the slide was locked back. Anyone else see this?
