S&W gunsmiths/performance center

I'm looking into a used 5943 9mm and thinking of sending it to to Smith and Wesson factory gunsmiths/Performance Center. I want them to install a new ambi-safety and switch the mag release if possible(I'm a left handed shooter). I'd also like to get the pistol/mags Black T coated if S&W can still do it.

Any THR.org members ever use the S&W gunsmiths? Do they do good work at a reasonable price?

The Performance Center isn't really a custom gunsmithing shop.

They do quite a few modifications the fall into "package" groupings.

Best to call them and confirm what they can do for your pistol.

Having said that, the work they do is very nice.
