What are the difference between a mod 66 and a mod 19-5?

Only difference between the Model 19 and 66 is the finish: the 19 is blued, while the 66 is stainless. Both are adjustable sight equipped, 6 shot, K-Frame based 357 Magnums.

As for the -5, S&W adds the -# to denote significant model changes. More info on specific changes can be found here:

Well, not just finish. The 19 is made of carbon steel (which is either blued or nickeled) and the 66 is made of stainless steel. Otherwise they are essentially the same design.
