Kingmt, You missed the words "live primer". I don't do that very often, but I do wear gloves when I do. Lightman

If you're taking the live primer out with a sizing die or a universal depriming die and using a press the everything that would harm you is enclosed anyway. Its a primer, not a grenade.

Very unlikely it would go off anyway unless you really slamed the lever down.
