Savage 99.

I have a Savage model 99 .22 hi power . I have checked the model and it is 70 years old. I purchased it in in parts,and on assembling it ,I found that the magazine cut off was not there..Try as i may I cannot find one in Australia or at the large American parts dealers.Any help would be appreciated, as I can only use it as a single shot.
