I'm not sure I know what you mean. Is the title, "Women & Guns"? If so, I've written for it and its sister titles, "Gun Week" and, "Gun News Digest" for many years. I think "W&G" began in the 1980's. It has run some articles by Paxton Quigley, whom I've met a couple of times. She seems a poised, knowledgeable person, quite articulate.
The womens' bit that really surprised me was an issue of the British edition of, "Cosmopolitan" from 1997. Published as the UK handgun ban went into effect, it interviewed several British female gun owners. A couple said they'd store their guns in Belgium, and fly over to shoot them at Belgian ranges. A couple of others seemed on the verge of emigrating to a more freedom loving country. All were cultured, attractive ladies, not the fat "good ol' gal" that we too often see if women appear in US gun magazines or in TV interviews here. The astounding thing is that, "Cosmopolitan" in general, both here and in the UK, is not a gun supporting publication! I guess they saw it as a controversial women's issue. I don't think any of those featured said that they thought that banning guns would fight crime.
What's a BAM?
