I have been the owner of a Chargemaster 1500 since the end of March and have been really happy with it until this past weekend. The thing has been a joy to use. It measures the charges very fast and accurately until the keypad went haywire. The numbers on the keypad do not corelate with the numbers that I am pressing. That makes it very hard to use. I have been extremely delicate with this thing by not jarring it, using it on a level surface, using and storing in a climate controlled environment, etc. Is this something that I can expect from using these electronic do dads, or is it a fluke. I have been a little dissatified with RCBS products.:(

Bummer...

I think it's a fluke since I have had nothing but optimal performance from my Chargemaster Combo.

RCBS customer service is cool, see what they say and don't forget to post the outcome.

Cheers...

I had the same problem (posted it here) press one you get a two etc. this was after 2 years time! No worries though they sent me a new in the box replacement. No questions asked, did even have to prove when I bought it. Service was very fast also, about two weeks.
