Chardon is located about 30 miles east of Cleveland Ohio!
Shooting at Chardon High Shool one student dead and 5 more wounded!
Police found the suspect about 1/2 mile from the school, apprehended alive, and was a junior at the school.
First of all my prayers go out to All of the family's involved in the shooting!
This type of thing sadly enough still does happen... As a parent I cannot think of ANYTHING worse than sending your child to school and never talking to them again!!
To sum up what I know-the suspect 17 year old junior went to school with a handgun walked into the cafeteria singled out several students and opened fire! This is from the local news, don't know if it's 100% accurate, but should be! They are also saying that the suspect was a loner and kept to himself.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE keep your firearms locked up and away from your kids, for your sake AND OUR sake! High school is a very stressfull time for ALL kids, giving them direct access or indirect access to firearms is a BIG MISTAKE!!!!
