NO! You definately should NOT start reloading. It's difficult enough trying to find primers without yet another person buying them up!
It will let you shoot more, better understand technically how bullets and guns work, and it's relaxing. The drawbacks are...ah...well it's....uh.... I can't really come up with anything.
I look at reloading like doing your maintenance on a car. Even if you pay somebody else to do it (or buy premade ammo) it's a good thing to know how to do just in case you might need to. Anyway, that's my 2 cents worth.
