Got the gun refinished, looking for some nice grips.

Now I need some nice transportation to match.

Got a plain plastic box w/foam, nothing fancy. But I'm not feeling it. I've got another case, one of the nice hinged ones made to look like aluminum or something, but the interior foam doesn't compress the contents enough so things slide around.

What's everyone got?

I don't have a pic. but if you go to

Cabelas "Bulletproof" Aluminim gun cases - the online
catalogue has pics. They are made from marine quality
polished aluminum, with stainless steel hasps and a rode
for locking them. - rubber lip matches up for a dust and
water resistant seal. They will handle 2 non scoped
handguns. The Corners are cut at a 45 degree angle then
an aluminum plate is welded in - if the luggage handle was a
800 pound mountain gorilla - it would survice pretty much intact

Pistol case is 14" x 10" x 4" $120

I have 2 of them, I packed 2 of my S&W revolvers
as well as my SW1911 and a CZ 75B to the range with
5 buddies. the cases went into motorcycle luggage and we
went to the range. Nice way to transport weapons. Hogue
Grips in exotic wood run $100+ why buy a 2-bit case for
expensive custom guns?

Cableas also makes them for long ugns I have
one advertised for the AR-15 as a single case but
it holds 2 Marlin 1894s $170
