Sig DAK and Glock Trigger

Is the trigger pull of a Sig with the DAK trigger about the same as a Glock trigger as far as weight and length of pull?

Lenght of pull is similar.
The trigger on the Sig is lighter when it breaks and about the same for the rest of the pull. The Glock trigger usually "stacks" toward the end up to 10 Lbs. but the Sig should have a pretty conisitent 6.5-7 lbs.

I'll reveal my bias first . . .I sold 2 DAKs and bought 2 Glocks

The triggers are quite different. The DAK is more "revolver like" and mechanically operates a hammer and sear system. The Glock is striker fired and uses more spring tension to snap upon release.

I have consciously trained to manipulate the Glock trigger to take advantage of the reset point . . . and the trigger is far more adjustable than they are given credit for.

The DAK reset has some peculiarities. I got into the (bad) habit of staging the trigger to that first click and then depending on the smooth, finishing takeup.

The DAK will feel waaaay too long if you are used to shooting SA Sigs. I didn't care for it one bit.

I don't really feel that it's comparable to Glock at all...it's two very different systems.

That has not been at all my experience.

The GLOCK trigger does stack towards the end, that's why the 3.5lb disconnect is popular, it lowers the pull weight at the very end.

I added a NY1 trigger spring and 3.5lb disconnect to my G17, giving it a "revolver-lite" trigger pull. I imagine the DAK is very similar to that.
