Sig P220R Compact DAK conversion

I picked up a P220R Compact yesterday. I've had a P220R DAK for about two years and decided I wanted the compact in the DAK configuration. After a little research, I swapped out the appropriate parts. My problem is now the full size, which was a DAK and is now a DA/SA, has a VERY heavy DA trigger pull. The SA seems to be right and the compact (now in DAK) appears to be functioning properly. Any ideas on what I may have done wrong?

Are you sure the trigger bar spring is in the right place?

Yes, but I noticed the trigger springs were different in each gun. This surprised me, especially because the manual doesn't note a difference in this part from a DA/SA to a DAK model as it does the other parts.
