After owning the Sig P938 Extreme for a month now and firing about 600 rounds through it, my final review is as follows.

The pistol doesn't like Winchester White Box 115gr ammo. This is a common issue from prior reviews i've read. I tends to Jam every Mag or two. It does like Independence Ammo in 115gr though. Has not had one issue in 225 rounds with this.I use this ammo for basic target practice.

It likes all makes of Speer gold dot and various Hornady defense ammo (including Zombie Max). I've run around 400 rounds of the this through with out a single issue. This includes +P and regular 115gr. 124gr, and 147gr ammo.

Some will say they feel that the issues with WWB and other cheap ammo makes it seems like an un reliable pistol to carry for self defense, but i would disagree. WWB has always seemed like a light round for me. I've shot it through various pistols. While its a good range ammo, i'm not carrying in my daily carry piece for self defense. So what i do use needs to be flawless, and it is in the Sig P938. All defensive rounds perform flawlessly. I'll continue to test various ammo's and post my results.

Over all, I like the P0938 a lot. Its a good mix or power and size. Fun to shoot, it does have a heavy trigger, but feels good in the hand and is easy to carry.
