Sight height chart/ info please!

Can anyone help me find a website, or give me the equation, to find the correct front sight hieght for a rifle? Thanks!

As a gross measure, it needs to be within the adjustment distance of the same height from the bore as the rear sight! Then adjust based based on your desired zero distance and load.
