Sighting in AR

Hello everyone I bought my first black rifle a Noveske mid-lenght with a matech BUIS and Aimpoint red dot sight, at what distance should I sight the rifle in at?

Sight it in at the distance you plan on shooting it most.

I would zero at 25m, as per US Army zeroing procedures. This gives you a 25m/300m battle sight.

Zero'ing at 50 gives you a 2.5" or so hold over from 50 to 225-250 (depending on barrel length, ammo, etc. Makes things much simpler.
