Your Stevens 320 shotgun looks like it has a recoil pad installed so why is it you want or need to replace it? Do you want a thicker pad to provide more absorption or to make the stock longer. If you look on line at Midway USA https://www.midwayusa.com/s?targetL...elocity%7C1&Ntpc=1&Ntpr=1&userItemsPerPage=48 supplies they have 140 deceleration pads to choose from. Those that are permanently installed are made a bit larger to be fitted to the gun. This can be done with someone who has modest skill with the tools needed if available or gunsmith installation usually isn't too expensive.
You could try to find a slip on recoil pad that will slip over the one installed by the factory. Just make sure to measure well and choose the pad that will fit. I use this Pachmayer slip on my Savage Fox SxS 12ga with 24" barrels and am quite happy with the recoil reduction it offers though the stock had a hard non padded but plate.
I have one exactly like that. Got it "free" when I bought a case of buckshot. Because it is light, the recoil is bordering on brutal with 00 and slugs. I can understand why he wants a better pad.
