Slip on revolver grip

I have a 44 mag Astra. The grips are smallish, w/ smooth wood. Recoil is a bit harsh. They're out of business and to the best of my knowledge no one makes rubber grips to fit them. Is there such a thing as rubber slip on grips for revolvers and if so who makes them and do they work decently? I don't have much hope on this one but any help is appreciated.

a tyler t-grip might be the solution. it fills the gap between the grip and the trigger guard, giving you more of a grip surface.

Years ago when the Glock just hit the market, the grips were more slippery, so owners made "Glock socks" out of bicycle inner tubes.

There's no reason this wouldn't work on a revolver.
Just get a bicycle inner tube, and cut a section or even two narrower strips and stretch them over the grip.

Do you have the full size or the "snubby" Terminator? I don't think Goodyear has made enough rubber to make the Terminator "comfortable" to shoot.
