I have been reloading for a number of years now and throughout my reloading experience I have come across a number of tools that are extremely effective. These tools come from small vendors (if you can call them that) who seem to do it for more of a hobby than anything else. I was interested in compiling a board list of such tools. Here goes:

Culver Powder Measure - OK so you see them all around but the "Culver" should be in quotes as there was only one Homer Culver. He lived in Arlington VA and modified Lyman 55's to produce the best powder measure out there. In order to get one you had to not only pay some money but you also had to talk to him. He just liked a good conversation and wanted that more than the money. I believe that he did advertise on a small scale. Today Neil Jones, Harrell and a few others are making similiar measures that are just as good all of which I own as well.

Brass Barbour - This tool trims, chamfers and bells the case mouth in one quick motion utilizing a cutter at the end of a specific diameter (read caliber) rod and a drill press.

So what have you encountered?
