Took my new 6" Python to the range yesterday morning along with my 2" cobra snubby and the 4 1/4" King cobra target. The new Python is quite accurate in both single and double action but my old 1978 Python is more accurate in single action, of course 44 years of shooting may have something to do with it. Biggest thing I came away with after my range session was a new appreciation for the King Cobra Target. Trigger pull and action pretty much match the new Python but the size weight and balance make it a pure pleasure. Couldn't be happier with all three. Now if Colt would just bring out an Anaconda in .45 Colt my bucket list would be complete.
Range had a 3" Cobra 357 mag. available but the 2" 38 special is hand full enough.
Can't imagine shooting numbers of full house 357 mags out of that thing.
