"To whom it may concern - it looks like one of your customers is a bit miffed about a purchase, and is grouching about it on a forum where 60,000 gun owners are registered - you may want to get in touch with him, or let us hear YOUR side of the story."
I think I like this the best... Could make them think about their customer service policys and such.

You have 60 days from when the item appeared on the bill sent to you to dispute under the federal rules.
While many places will accept phone disputes, you should follow up in writing to preserve your rights under the law.
The law says written.

Updated with something positive.

Well today I got a phone call from someone willing to help. Best of all he was helpful. After a little checking they cannot really figure out why someone added square tube in places it was called for, needed nor desired and have offered to get a new set of inside flanges painted and shipped next week.

So we will wait and see if they ship me the parts I need to make the thing fit the way it is supposed to. For now,,progress is slow and in work.

If all ends well, even after a shaky start, I will add an update.

Fella's;

Although Brown is a competitor to Graffunder, and I sell Graffunder, it's always disappointing to hear about these kind of problems.
