A Lee Classic Cast. Along with the Pacesetter dies for .30-30 WCF, the dipper set, a scale, and a case trimmer (and accessories). I've also got a couple of boxes of Sierra 150 and 170 grain bullets coming in, too. I figure I can get a powder dispenser later, if need be.

Add all this to my existing stock of primers and IMR 3031, I'm set to really get down to loading. I have one of those Lee Loader tools already, so I was ready to put down the hammer and step up.

Later, I'm going to get dies for 7.62x54R and .223 (after I get my AR)...

I can hardly wait. Before I got the Lee Loader and the ABCs of Reloading manual, I didn't hardly know a thing about reloading. But I'm all set now, and I can't wait to get my new press...

congrats.!. prepare your CC's for whats to come. I do like the lee perfect powder measure it works for the powders I use , unique and AA2230 and TAC,

While you wait...Spend another $20.00 for a Lyman 48th Edition and read it too. It's best to have more then one manual to compare load data plus the internet...

What The Bushmaster said.
No such thing as being overinformed when it comes to such things.
The research is half the fun, if you ask me.

You'll like the 150 gr Sierra bullets....very high quality

better throw your wallet on that scale and weigh it.....it will never be that heavy again, now that your have a new addiction....I mean hobby. :)

That was what I was loading with my loader tool. I just haven't had a chance to shoot.

I had to get into reloading, considering that .30-30 factory ammo was at 50 cents a round and up...

You should have a good, low cost, heavy duty setup. The only other item I'd recommend is a powder trickler to fine tune your dipped loads. You probably don't need a caliper at this point since your probably just loading the 30-30 bullets into the crimping cannelure and calling it good. I've found the 30-30 cases are very easy to crumple up using a regular die so you made a good purchase with the Pacesetter dies that include the factory crimp die.
