Yuck.

The worst I've seen from EBay is the scandal with Alisher.

You must have an EBay account for that second one. The guy scammed hundreds of people out of items over Christmas. It's really sad to read the negative feedback on his account of all the people that sent 300 bucks for an MP3 player and recieved nothing.

I find it amazing how anyone would ever send Western Union or a personal check as payment to someone they've never met. Every one of those auctions was paid that way. He has all of the culpability for the wire fraud and these people don't share the blame for that, but they were not responsible to themselves in that they didn't use common sense.

I spent Sep-Dec training Guard units preparing to go over to OIF on convoy live fires. These units, company size, came from all over the country-CA,NM, KS, AR, WA, SC, IA, and others I can't remember. To a man, they all had IBA-even the one medic who was 6,6" and 350 lbs. (Dude's neck was as big as my thigh. Who do you think us trainers 'judged' to be the first casualty? )

Hell, even my unit (AC/RC), which is so far down the equipment totem pole that we still have PVS-5s (NVGs, about 2.5 generations removed from current) has IBA, albeit without the plates.

Dude's full of fecal matter.

Bit tough to take seriously....my bro is an OIF vet w/ the Marine Corps, and he said the Interceptor stuff was plentiful enough to go around, and the Corps is generally not as well-equipped as it's Army counterpart.
