Some desert fun with the Single Six

With my Security Six, I do not think that I have fired a box full of WRM rimfire through it. My choice.

But, I have had lots of enjoyment shooting just 22 RF in my Single Six. It has dispatched a number of Opossums and Raccoons that I have trapped. The former carry diseases hazardous to horses and getting them out of the gene pool is important.

But, I'm considering up-rating to a 32 H&R Mag level round for opossum control. 2RF works, but it is not as effective as I might want.

I have a 9 1/2" single six, so it really doesn't flash much.

Funny. When shooting mags in low light, I see more flash out of the cylinder gap than the muzzle in my 9.5 incher. From the shooter's point of view, of course.
