What's "tactical" about it?????

I'm guessing it's the variety of combat shooting positions, reloading and "tactical" slings being used.

Good on you guys for getting out to the range and pulling some triggers. There's not nearly enough people doing that.

Did you learn any lessons regarding gear, positions, or ammo?

At least they were out shooting...
I mean yeah there were not wearing the issue SAS sniper veil but they were shooting from various positions with reloads on the fly and using ok communications from what I heard. Looks like they had a heck of a time, were safe and may have even learned a few things from it to boot. I want to go next time.

Did you mean "tacky"? Just kidding. I partake in Hawaiian Shirt Fridays.

I consider the shirt to be tactic. You're so distracted by the guy in the Hawaiian shirt that you think he's Jimmy Buffet then...WHAM! .223 round just hit you :D

LOL, my Range Officer at the city range got uptight today when after I had finished my long range practice with my Daniel Defense M-4 Carbine, I moved my target in to 25 yards loaded a 30 round P-Mag full and emptied it in about 15 seconds. Started with Double taps and then just let er rip. When I dropped the mag he tapped me on the shoulder and said double taps only. I just smiled, looked at the smoking barrel and smiled again. BTW, there is no range rule about double taps only, (it's an outdoor range for the record) at least I have never seen that rule posted or written. The Eotech is awesome up to 100 yards, just ok at 200 but at 25 yards its incredible!

You guys never played Farcry? The hawaiian shirt's supposed to be bright red!

'Hey you, IN THE SHIRT!'

God, I loved that game. Good times.

Pretty good use of the safety between position changes I thought. Also for the guy that kept moving around vary good muzzle awairness. Nice shooting.
