After looking at the thread about the miniature belt fed M1917 machine gun, and finding out where they came from I came across this.

It is a new upper for your M-16/AR-15 rifles that allow you to fire belted .22LR.

Now I can't justify a purchase of one of these for any other reason than the it's cool. One thing, it would get attention at the range.

i dont know if its cool, i think we can still buy the scaled down miniatures of the maxim and browning machine guns used in ww1 as well as the gatling gun that pump out with belted 22lr or 22mag ammo. Used to bea company in australia or new zeeland that amde em.
