Sources for Pulled-down components?

Does anybody know of any sources for pulled down ammo components?

I'm looking for projectiles for the M1 Carbine (110gr FMJ) - the place I've been getting them is sold out (GIBrass.com)

I think most everyone is out nowadays, and when they do have them the prices have skyrocketed.

I'm moving to casting my own .30 Carbine projectiles. The velocity is low enough to make this a viable option.

President Klinton signed an executive order while he was president that forbids the sale of U.S. surplus ammo, cases, bullets, powder, primers, small arms parts, and even empty GI ammo cans!

Whatever surplus bullets you find are going to be older then that, or from a foreign government, or from a commercial ammo manufactures over-run or reject, before the government got hold of it.

Even the CMP is forced to sell Greek surplus 30-06 ammo now, because any U.S. surplus ammo or components cannot be sold to the public, and is being destroyed.
