hey guys I'm probably going to have to send my savage axis bull barrel in for service and will be stuck shooting woodchucks with my regular barrel.

my question is..

If I now what the scope does for the heavy barrel say 1.5 inch for 100-200yards will the sport barrel shoot the same? I have a cheat sheet made for the heavy barrel because I could shoot 200+ yards but its 2hours away to do that again.

also will it shoot as accurate as the heavy barrel? right now its got a milky junk scope on it and I would be putting my heavy barrel scope on it when its shipped.

If the bores in both barrels are of good and equal quality, the accuracy difference should be insignificant to minimal. As good lots of commercial match ammo shoots equally accurate across all sorts of barrel profiles, your stuff probably won't be any different.

However, two different weight barrels may have two different points on the muzzle whip cycle where the bullet leaves and that may change zero a little. How much depends on the weight difference.
