Spring Kit for a ROA

Anybody else try this kit?

I just installed the trigger spring and it definitely lightened the pull. The base pin latch spring is too skinny so it didn't work and I didn't use the lighter hammer spring.

I may try it sometime just to see if it helps without having any ignition problems.

BTW the springs are made by Wolff.

Did you notice a difference from 23lbs down to 19 lbs? I have a Remington with a real light trigger and I think I might try and make it stiffer. I also think I like a heavy hammer for definite cap ignition. Interesting, though.

Well since you asked I gave the new hammer spring a try...

Yes, it is even lighter now and will bust caps.

I will try and make it to the range next week and check for blow-back.

I don't think it is the right hammer spring for an old army...maybe for a Vaquero.

It is about an inch longer than the original and it took a while to get it compressed so that I could get the grip frame back on.
