St. Charles, MO gun show this weekend.

For anyone in the area, the Missouri Arms Collector's Association is hosting a gun show is weekend the 10th through the 12th. It's at 1401 S. 5th St. Anybody going? I'm planning on going across the river on Saturday and then again on Sunday to pick anything up I buy. Anybody been to this show before? Do they usually have some good milsurps?

I'm thinking about it. I don't really need to spend money on more milsurps though, but it would be nice to see what they have.

My guess is that I probably won't go- it won't open up until Friday night, and I don't want to go on Saturday or Sunday.

I'd be satisfied to find a nice Mosin 91/30 and an M44 for under $100 each. A Turk Mauser would also be nice and so would an Enfield No. 4 Mk 1. Another Yugo SKS or a Yugo Mauser for reasonable would be good too. I've got a list as long as my arm and anything I can cross off would be good. I especially want a Turk mauser to convert into the "camel carbine" from hell. I'm talking hot Turkish 8mm coming out of a 16.5 inch barrel. I couldn't even imagine the blast or the flash that's gonna make. So just finding a Turk for under $100 or so would be good in my book. Hopefully the muzzle is bad so I can talk the seller down and I won't feel guilty cutting it up. Here's to best wishes being fufilled.
