Interesting in that that are pitching improved 45 ACP powder to DOD.

Its not really a sales presentation. It's more like a state-of-the-art presentation, given at a technical symposium. Every May the small arms group of the National Defense Industrial Association gets together for a conference. The majority of the presenters are government.

Also, its 6 years old.
