VCDL has released (3/21/22) a video that explains state preemption laws and promotes membership in VCDL. An excellent presentation, I recommend getting the link out within Virginia to build membership, but also in other states to promote pre-emption laws.

Preemption is a cornerstone of many important laws. Having to deal with a patchwork of laws on a topic sets the average citizen up to violate the law without any awareness they're doing it.
