Tactical fanny pack

Seriously, though. I do alot of bicycling and have a bulldog fanny pack for my keltec P3AT. Primary reason I bought that gun to begin with.
The bulldog is cheaply made and has given up on me.
I'd like to replace it with a better made fanny pack of similar size.
  • must be nylon
  • must have its own belt with plastic buckle
  • must have a dedicated holster
  • maximum size would be to also carry my 3" GP100, but certainly no bigger

I'm willing to spend $$ on it as long as it meets the criteria.

And before someone goes suggesting a bunch of alternates, it needs to be a fanny pack. I ride in full kit, and alot of the other systems will either be uncomfortable, flop around, or stick out like a sore thumb. IWB won't work between the sweat and the fact that spandex doesn't conceal firearms very well.
