TacticalRx - prescription shooting glasses?

I am right handed but left eye dominant. When shooting with iron sights, I consistently see the sights only through the upper half of my eye glasses. I've heard of having a flipped lens with my bifocal correction at the top of the lens. TacticalRx offers this feature.

Does anybody have any experience with TacticalRx or prescription shooting glasses in general?

In general, I wear shooting glasses with the whole right lens at "intermediate" focused on the sights; left lens at distance.
