TC Encore accuracy?

I've been searching for a .223 bolt rifle. Everything I find is 1-9 twist. So I am considering getting a TC Encore from SSK since they will let me get any twist I want (which is 1-8).

In theory, I am expecting the action of an Encore to be less accurate than a sturdy bolt.

Does anyone have hands on experience with Encore accuracy?
