Tennessee out of state hunting licenses?

Where could I find info about Tennessee out of state hunting licenses?

Also, does Tennessee have any weird laws I should know about. I recall from the time (over 20 years ago) when I lived their they made you give fingerprints to buy a pistol, but I don't plan to buy any pistols there.
