The Bullet works

I recently made a thread about a mix up that occurred when I was ordering 1000 bullets from www.thebulletworks.net/ and only received one bullet when the box arrived. The bulletworks quickly replaced the order and I had a whole box sitting at my door in 4 days which is a great shipping time. Just wanted to let ya'll know that they are GTG.

It's always good when a company stands by their product and services by fixing problems fast.

Overall the shooting community has many great choices from many companies with great customer service. Naturally there will always be a bad one now and again, but overall, we are pretty lucky to have such a wide variety of products available to us from companies who stand behind them.

I couldn’t agree with this more, it would be a better world if all companies did as well as the shooting/reloading companies do.
