Seems to me like the shooter should be up for assault with a deadly weapon, attempted homicide.... I don't know. Something along those lines.

You shoot somebody with no justification, and you shouldn't lose your right to carry?

Geez man, just what would it take to get you to figure he should lose his carry right? Does he have to smoke an entire orphanage or something?

The right to carry a concealed gun legally is NOT a right, it's a privilage. To me it seems this guy who shot the unarmed guy was a new CCW permit holder and obviously the info he learned in CCW class didn't sink into his head. It's people like that who make it hard for us responsible gun owners to get our CCW permit when we DO know the proper way of using deadly force if we need to.

I agree the man should not have fired. The nude dude was obviously unarmed and if he did have a concealed weapon...well, it would take him a while to get to it.

Even if a naked guy jumped out of the bushes, ADMITTED to being a perv/rapist/baby raper unless he posed an immediate threat TO YOU keep that gun in the holster and definately DON'T PULL THE TRIGGER. Some states allow you to protect another person from harm, but thats rallynot my point.. they should be packing also
