This perpetrator didn't need a firearm to nearly kill this women and child so even if he did own firearms and they were confiscated it still wouldn't have helped them in this situation. This suspect was intent on harming and even killing these two and he physically could have. There was many people on scene but no one stepped in to help.

The man is much bigger than the woman and child yet she was able to use her CCW and pistol to stop the abusive suspect luckily.

Firearms are not allowed in the trampoline park even with a CCW but thr prosecutor is not charging her with any crimes.

You would think HE would have known she had the firearm and still chose to act this way. Don't blame them for not charging her and this is exactly why gun free zones are not a good idea IMO. This gun free zone sounds like the facility only posting not like a school or court building per se.

The state says they didn't charge her for carrying in a non-CCW zone because it is private but it makes it assume like they may have if it wasn't which isn't good.

He probably did know that she had a gun but he's probably assaulted her for a long time and gotten away with it so he didn't think she'd use it. Just speculation though.
