Downloaded the target - I think I'll pass this one

I prefer NRA targets I buy in a store or through mailorder.
These download and printout targets are not as good as the printed ones on target stock paper.
I'll shoot the one I downloaded and send it in next week with comments added.
Nice try for the first time around ROTR, but hopefully nothing is cast in stone...Needs work yet (MHO)

Definitely needs work, but it's easier to improve something real than something hypothetical.
