thread about a C&B revolver gunsmith?

I recently read a thread on a gun forum about a member of that forum that specializes in tuning and tweaking cap and ball revolvers, but I can't for the life of me remember what forum, the name of the gunsmith, website, etc. I neglected to bookmark it when I saw it, and now I can't find it.

Was that thread & member here by any chance? This was very recent, like in the last week-10 days.

Probably its a guy that hangs out in the black powder section here. '45 dragoon' I don't actually know anything about him but I like the stuff he does to the pistols.
